8th October 2024 – Dublin, Ireland: Aergo Capital Ltd. (“Aergo”) announces sale of one (1) Boeing 737-800 aircraft, bearing the MSN 30692, to Enter Air.

Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer at Aergo Capital commented: “We are pleased to announce the sale of one (1) B737-800 aircraft to Enter Air. It has been a pleasure working with Enter Air as a lessee over the last three years. We would like to thank their team for their support and dedication in getting this deal across the line and look forward to any opportunities to work with them again in the future.”

Greg Polaniecki, CEO at Enter Air commented: “Our policy is to keep all good aircraft in our fleet till the end of its green time. Having the aircraft under our maintenance program during the initial lease term gives us confidence in its technical condition, so purchase of the aircraft from lessor is a kind of “happy end” of successful cooperation with lessor. We really like working with good lessors like Aergo Capital. I would like to thank the management of Aergo for our great cooperation and hope to sign new leases soon.”

Smith Gambrell & Russell LLP acted as lead counsel to Aergo.
